General Info

I know it sounds odd having 2 stats sets, but with the jewelry crafting, and how lowbie pvp works, this will give you MASSIVE max stats, and allow you to run 2 mundus stones (apprentice for spell damage and lover for pen/mage for even more mag/theif or shadow/ OR depending on the jewekry you have crafted, get the atro for even more sustain. 

As a magsorc with this build, the only bigtime buffs you are missing are major prophecy (which you can use pots for if youre that desperate, but you really dont need massive crit)

Basic combo curse - light attack - flame reach - frags proc - light attack - endless fury. that usually gets people pretty low already.

Ulti combo: curse - light attack - endless fury - flame reach - (animation cancel) - Soul Assault. This makes it so soul assault is ticking them down then curse hits during, hopefully getting them down below 20 so fury procs as well. Nasty on most builds.

Defense is easy: make sure you have boundless storm up at all times, then hardened/harness and healing ward only when absolutely needed. most of the time you're putting out so much damage, most people won't have time to put you on the defensive.*** PROPER SHIELD STACK is hardened ward then harness (so harness gets mag back on mag damage hits) and when healing go healing ward - hardened - harness.
