Gear and Item Set Info
The best armour set i could find for this build is blood spawn monster set (light armour). The rest of the armour is plague doctor for the health. The weapons and jewlery i used permafrost. This was for the health recovery and magicka recovery. I use sword and board for front bar and restoration for back.
I used infused enchantments on helmet, chest and legs. The rest i used divines. For jewlery enchantments i used reduce magicka cost. Arcane on necklace and healthy on both rings. Infused on all weapons. For consumables i use something for max magicka and magicka recovery. Or if you have it witchmother's potent brew.
Front bar. Arctic wind mainly heal and for extra damage over time. Your health will be around 51k when in pvp areas such as cyrodill. Therefore every second you'll get around 5k health back. The shimmering shield is for projectile defence and ultimate. Gripping shards is to immobilise people and deal damage based on max health. Screaming cliff racer and deep fissure for damage. Northern storm for max magicka and reduce damage as well as movement speed.
Back bar. Blue betty for sustain as well as spell damage. Ice fortress for resistence and reduce damage. Frozen device the make other players teleport to you, immobilise them and reduce their damage. Leeching vines for heal when being damaged or when damaging someone else. Spiked bone shield purely to proc the permafrost health recovery. Light's champion to increase critical damage, protection and heal.
I have used this build quite a lot and you can easily 1v3 for about 4 minutes until other team mates cacn and help. Seriously op build, incredibly hard to kill. If you want to see stats of the build check out this website to see the raw data:
