Staff's are sharpened. Enchant is in second staff Glyph of weapon damage. Second is that gives you maciga back. 

Weapon damage glyph because before of using destros ultimate, I will activate inner to get that mageguild passive damageboost and activate weapon damage enchant, it also gives spell damage.
