Can you explain how to distribute skill points into passives as far as medium armor, race, bow passives etc etc. also what’s a good attribute point distribution can’t figure out based on numbers you given. Thank you for your time

Sure no problem, I would recommend any when allocating attribute points to invest none into magicka. This is because none of the damage scaling based abilities used in the build do not require magicka to scale damage. With health points you have the option of allocating 0-20 skill points into health, this is depending upon the level of which how much survivability you like to have in your build. When doing this, you can also apply health enchants to the head, chest, and legs for a more survivable build. More health equates to more capability to play aggressively and in the open. I would not recommend going below 44 attribute points (With Veteran Rank 16) into stamina. This is needed to maintain the integrity of the stamina-damage based build. I would personally recommend investing all 64 attribute points into stamina in order to acquire the maximum damage output. This allows you to reach the main goal of the build. In terms of passives, I would take priority in all the passives in your equipment used categories (i.e. Bow, Dual Wield, and Medium Armor), as well as all the Assassination and Shadow Class Skill line passives. Because of the Imperial City I would recommend all Fighters Guild passives, all Undaunted passives, the Legerdemain “Improved Hiding” passive, and all Racial passives. All other passive abilities are optional from that point.

This is a PvE build, but I have used it successfully in PvP with some modifications. That would be my Silentpaw build, be sure to check that one out for a PvP adaptation of this build. Sorry for the delay of the respose.

Swords may have more damage, but Daggers have much higher critical chance rating, which in the long run is much better then Swords.

the reason I asked is its not just the extra damage but the reach too

Why Forward Momentum instead of Rally? I think the extra heals would be more useful.
