General Info

• Strengths: Shield Stacking tank who can sustain himself to an extent. Good for both pvp and pve
• Weaknesses: Hits like a wet noodle. Only real way to damage is blazing shield. Not good for 1v1 pvp/pve, needs good solid dps+healers

I run tri restoration food. Gets around 1k mag recovery, 2.7k heath recovery, and 1.1k stamina recovery. Mostly use light and heavy attacks after agroing/debuffing enemies
