~~WELCOME TO MY GUIDE~~
This guide will make you a PvP master in no time! It's a basically simple build which I will explain how to use for starters.1.Start with Grim Focus and Shadowy disguise buffs (most important source of your damage)! 2.Ambush and Flying Blade follow next. 3.Surprise attack and Soul Harvest 4.Use rapid strikes untill he reaches 25%.5.Once he reaches 25% finish with Killers blade. Follow everystep and read carefully the abilities to understand each step and you'll get used to it in no time! This can work for PvE too.

Champion Point Tips

Spend all the points in stamina section (or add 7-10 points in health). It's your call.

        Being a little more accurate:
Killer’s blade heals you for 20% of your max health IF the target dies within 2 seconds of using it. Just spam it at low health enemies to ensure the kill.
But indeed, it’s no reliable heal. A damage nightblade’s job is to quickly get the kills without losing any health. Killer’s blade just allows you the get some health back so you return to safety or try to move on to another target.

If you really need a heal ability on a Stamina build like this, I’d swap retreating maneuver with Resolving Vigor (Assault skill), which gives you (and nearby allies) a nice heal over 5 seconds, instant cast and it doesn’t really cost that much stamina.

You can always switch out your rapid strikes (first ability) and put the heal on it

You don’t need to use it. You don’t even need to morph it. It’s only there for its passive:
While slotted, gain 15% stamina regeneration.
You could slot something else, really, but your main hand’s ult only needs 50 ultimate and deals alot of damage, so that’s the only ult you really need to use.

Though I’ve chosen to morph to Incapacitating strike, rather than Soul harvest. This ult already has a very short cooldown and I preffer that 4.5 second stun over 10 ultimate that is gained in only a few extra seconds.

Could you also tell what enchants you used for you gear/weps? Sorry, new to the game and so far this skill set is the most fun to use. Just want to make sure I am maximizing the build!

So I’m new to the game and I’m just wondering what passives should I be putting into? It doesn’t say anything on here about them. Also what pieces are Nightmother and what pieces are Night Silence?

Hello, I’ve tried out this skill build ( lvl 47 ) and , not taking gear into consideration, my dps was really low against templars or Dk’s. Any ideas how to improve dps against tanky targets with this build ?
Thinking to improve mobility and move around the target to apply rapid strikes constantly.
I ve also seen streamers play a similar skill build, and their surprise attack at champion rank 160 deals approx 7k damage, my lvl 47 nb deals only 5k, how do we get that base + 2k dmg? Is it armor buff?

    All the best 🙂

wouldn’t incapacitating strikes be more viable instead of soul harvest? 7 ultimate per kill is menial and I’d rather have the stun for pvp

Which Night Mother’s Set are you referring to: Night Mother’s Gaze or Night Mother’s Embrace?
And, what do you suggest for Weapon and Jewelry Sets?

I have started using this build and I find it quite useful. But why use shadowy diguise then ambush? I tried it and you don’t get the crit bonus from ambush, I found instead of ambush use surprise attack, you get the crit bonus aswell as the 4 sec stun.

night mothers gaze is the best choice here only because it reduces the targets resistance

Why rely on the heavy attack of nmg for the resist cut? Spriggan gives a permanent physical pen, soul harvest deals magic damage, incap deals physical/poison, and has the cc. The issues here that i see is that flying dagger pretty much lets everyone know youre there, vs buffing and stealth and getting your kill within seconds. the reason for ambush is that it comes with a cc already, whether its from stealth or not, it comes with a 20% dmg buff on next attack, and its a hard cc vs relying on surpise attack and having to be stealthed to get the cc. Ideal meta nb bar usage for maximum output would be ambush, incap strike, light attack dmg glyph proc, surprise attack, and then killers blade. Not having a heal in pvp is a definite build killer, even if your only heal is rally. Once dots are stacked on a squishy med armor nb youre pretty much toast unless you have some form of heal. Being vampire vs werewolf is another, you get a sneak bonus (which is crucial to any form of gankblade, because you get WAY more damage from an actual crouch, crit or not, vs cloaking, dont believe me? Just try it.) werewolf offers 15% stam recov, which if youre using relentless focus as a wood elf is really unnecessary, as vampire gives you 10% magic annnnd stam recovery on top of all the other perks. You might not be so resistant to fire, but as a gankblade youre trying to take as little dmg as possible as is. You want all points into stamina, as your max stamina is what makes attacks hit harder, not just your weapon damage. Damage stacks are ineffective unless you have a big pool to back it up, try using a max health food while fully buffed, check your damage numbers of your abilities, then use a max stam food instead, check numbers, and see the difference. Also, as a nb you shouldnt be hoping that theyre going to give you the chance to mull their health down with rapid strikes, a properly built nb will be able to execute the class abilities, and get the kill within seconds, then dissapear. Keep in mind you are in medium, so flurrying someone with high resist is going to cc you, and kill you in a heartbeat

I get your point with ambush and vamp assets. Does Khajit vs Dunmer make a big difference?

Rapid strikes… HONESTLY this was made by a noob.
A good build would be impregnable, troll king and Spriggans/senches bite
Rapid strikes is too easy to dodge use surprise attack and use injection for dot. Use relentless focus + shuffle for buffs with a wpn dmg pot (or use 2h/bow)
