Imperials are natives of Cyrodiil and have come in large numbers to all parts of Tamriel due to the upheaval of the recent war in Cyrodiil. Imperials are only available if you purchase the Imperial Edition version of Elder Scrolls Online or if you purchase the Imperial Edition Upgrade from the Crown Store.

Red diamond passive is mainly for stamina builds. All stamina cost attacks have chance to restore health to you.
