5 TwiceBornStar, 2 Torugs, 2 Kena......For glyphs on armour i use max magicka on everything and for weapons weapon damage and crusher use a heavy attack to proc both at the same time 

General Info

Keep your buffs and dots up at all time when up spam swallow soul untill dots run out rinse and repeat good and easy damage
