Gear and Item Set Info

here's the setup for your equipment : UESP Stat

• 2x Maw of Infernal Monster Set (infused on helm, divines on shoulder all magicka glyph) 
• 5x Necropotence Body Pieces (infused on chest and leg, other part go divines all magicka glyph)
• 3x Spinner's Jewelry (1x bloodthirsty, 2x arcane)
• 2x Spinner's Lightning Staff (all nirnhoned + shock damage enchanment) for mainbar and backbar

More Information :

• this is a magicka sorc pet build. actually, u can play this build with your mainbar only.
• all of this sets is non-DLC content which is u dont need to spend extra money to buy dlc's or subscribe eso plus.
• u can buy all of this item in guild trader except the monster set. maybe u need more than 200k gold to buy everything ( of course its not in gold quality :p )
• if u poor ( like me ) u can grind this item in open world, i'll will explain where u can get all of this set in general info section.
• i think, it's irony if u grind maelstrom weapon using maelstrom weapon, thats why i create this easy build.

Notes : 

• if u don't llike maw of infernal, u can change that monster set with grothdar or skoria.
• u don't necessary need gold quality on body pieces and jewelry. but make sure u upgrade it, at least to purple quality.
• make sure u upgrade your weapon to gold quality for VMA (u must do this), i know its really expensive to upgrade it. but u can't do maximum damage if your weapon not in gold quality.
• make sure u follow all the trait, i know nirnhoned is really hard to get for a new player, but that trait is really helpful in VMA, trust me. and if you dont have summerset, its no problem without bloodthirsty trait, just use all arcane for the jewelry.
• about the enchanment, u can do tri stat on big pieces for more overall resources, but i prefer more magicka for extra shield.
• make sure u follow the 5-1-1 setup to get undaunted passive to increase overall resources.
• the build overall stat maybe looks bad for you. but trust me, its work really well. 

General Info

Some Quick Information : 

• Race : Altmer (recommended), Breton, Dunmer.
• Mundus : The Lover
• Food : a cheap max magicka and max health food (1 hours duration).
• Potion : spell damage + spell critical + max magicka, and tristat pot.
• Vampire : no
• Werewolf : no
• Passives : all class passives, race passives, destro staff passives, armor passives, and all of guild passives.

Skills Explaination : 

• just like i said, u can run VMA only with your mainbar. this skill based on 2 offensive skills and 2 defensive skills. 
• your offensive skills is Blockade of Storm and Summon Volatile Familiar. Blocakade of Storm is your main AOE Overtime damage and the Familiar will do damage if you cast it.
• your defensive skill is Empowered Ward and Summon Twilight Matriarch. empowered ward is for your shield (its OP actually) and twilight is for healing if you lost health.
• Inner Light just for magicka buff, and the ultimate you only use is Thunderous Rage, the most powerful ultimate for PVE.
• in your backbar, u have Endless Fury just for finishing and magicka restore and Ice Comet Ultimate just for make ur backbar look cool, lol.

The Rotation (mainbar only) :

• Cast all of your pets and make sure ur shield always up (10 sec shield duration).
• Cast Blockade of Storm and Volatile Familiar special skill then heavy attack.
• Do more heavy attack until the Volatille Familiar special skill stop.
• Repeat after the blockade of storm gone. 
• Use destro ultimate to defeat a boss or mini bossed that hard to kill.
• if you planning to use backbar, just use endless fury to execute mobs and gain more magicka.
• make sure u always doing heavy attack to gain back your magicka. heavy attack is the key part of this build.

Sets Explaination : 

• Spinner's 5 bonus set give you more spell penetration. fyi, penetration cap for dungeon is 18k. with this setup + CP, u will get 16-17k spell penetration.
• Necropotence will proc u everyday because u always bring your pet to fight, it give you about 6k max magicka wich is so good.
• Maw of Infernal with 10% chance to proc with light or heavy attack is just works really well for me. its easy to proc because lightning staff heavy attack. grothdar or skoria is a good option tho.

Sets Grind Location : 

• If you just start to get all of this item, i would prefer you get spinner's and necropotence before getting the monster boss for preparation. 
• Spinner's set drop in malabal tor, just doing some dolmen there and u can get it. if you really in bad luck, u can get a free green quality necklace just doing quest called The Dark Night of the Soul and a green quality ring by doing The Prisoner of Jathsogur quest. about the weapon, since u need a lightning staff, u can get this staff by defeating a world boss called Bone Grappler. ask people to defeat this boss if you think this boss hard ;)
• Necropotence set drop in rivenspire, this set is little bit tricky to get bcz there's is no special drop for body pieces. u can get waist and shoulder from delve mini boss, chest and leg from world bosses and hand from public dungeon mini boss.
• U dont necessary follow the equipment setting, u can change it pretty much with item that you get. for example, using necropotence jewelry and weapon instead of using spinner set which is more cheaper if you buy it.
• Maw of Infernal helm drops in veteran Banished Cell 2 which is pretty hard for new player (i think) and you can get the shoulder from Maj Al-Ragath's Chest. make sure u get one medium and one heavy for this pieces.
• You can buy necropotence and spinner's from Regional Equipment Vendor in Cyrodiil using Alliance Point, if you lucky u can get all of set.
• You can get the monster set and gold jewelry from golden vendor in Cyrodiil tho, u need at least 2M Alliance Point to buy monster helm and shoulder, 2 golden rings and a necklace.
