Law of Julianos pieces are the lightning destruction staff with weapon damage enchantment and precise trait. Chest, waist, and hands in Divines trait with Max magicka enchantment. War Maiden set pieces are legs, and feet with Divines trait with Max magicka enchantment. Neck and both rings also War Maiden with spell damage enchantments and arcane trait.
Head and shoulders will be heavy Grothdarr monster set with invigorating trait and max health enchantment.
Restoration staff can be whatever, but must have absorb magicka enchantment.
