World Skills
There are 4 World Skill Lines in Elder Scrolls Online: Soul Magic, Vampire, Werewolf and Legerdemain.
Soul Magic
Soul Magic is available to all players from the start and levels as you progress through the main quest. You start with the first ability already unlocked – Soul Trap – as this is used to fill empty Soul Gems. When you finish the main quest you will reach Level 6 in Soul Magic and unlock the Ultimate – Soul Strike.
Vampire
The Vampire Skill Line is unlocked if you become a Vampire. To become a Vampire you must be bitten by either a Vampire NPC found in the Level 43 Zones or taken to the ritual site and be bitten by another Vampire player. The ritual site itself is in the Level 43 Zones of each Alliance.
Werewolf
The Werewolf Skill Line is unlocked if you become a Werewolf. To become a Werewolf you must be scratched by either a Werewolf NPC found in the Level 43 Zones or taken to the ritual site and be scratched by another Werewolf player. The ritual site itself is in the Level 43 Zones of each Alliance.
The Werewolf Skill Line is a little different to most Skill Lines. The main Werewolf Skill is the Ultimate – Werewolf Transformation. This skill turns you into a Werewolf for a certain amount of time and allows you to use your Werewolf Skills. You can’t use your Werewolf Skills when you are not in Werewolf form.
Legerdemain
Legerdemain is a Skill Line which was released with Patch 1.6 and is gained the first time you steal or pickpocket an NPC. This Skill Line allows you to improve aspects of being a thief such as reducing the Stamina cost of sneaking and increasing your chance of pickpocketing.
