Guild Skills
There are 5 Guilds in Elder Scrolls Online which are available to all players – the Mage’s Guild and the Fighter’s Guild. These are not “player guilds” but rather “NPC guilds” which, upon joining, provide access to Skill Lines and quests.
The Mage’s Guild Skill Line provides four useful Magicka spells.
The Fighter’s Guild Skill Line grants four Stamina abilities which work even better when used against Daedra enemies.
The Thieves Guild Skill Line grants 6 new passive abilities which improve your effectiveness as a thief.
The Dark Brotherhood Skill Lines grants 6 new passive abilities which improve your effectiveness with murdering NPCs.

Yes I do plan all of the skills eventually and World and Alliance War abilities are next on the list. I am still testing a few different formatting ideas as well…

Anyone using Equilibrium ability?! Its the last one in mages guild skill line, but I cant find any use of it.
Equilibrium is works like dark deal it allows you to trade on resource for another, if used properly it helps you sustain a resource you heavily deplete
What happens if you kill NPCs without joining the guild

You get a price on your head, and will probably have to stay away from civilization (except for Outlaws Refuges) for a while. Or you can pay a fence or a guard that price. Or you can let the guards kill you.
Other players don’t know if you are an outlaw – only NPCs do. So you can just queue up for a dungeon to pass the time.
The NPC will respawn soon enough – the streets are full of common citizens standing over their own corpses. At first I thought they are doppelgangers, but the truth is, NPCs respawn pretty much like players.
