How Do You Join The Mages Guild
The Mage’s Guild is an association of non-player characters which you can join on all of your characters. When you join the Mage’s Guild you will gain access to the Mage’s Guild Skill Line as well as the ability to complete a new quest at the Mage’s Guild Hall in each zone. There is no down side to joining the Mage’s Guild, so it is recommended for all players. Once you join the Guild, you can level up your new Skill Line by finding and collecting Lorebooks which are are scattered around Tamriel. These books are glowing purple, and reading them will provide you with some XP towards your Mage’s Guild Skill Line.
Join The Mage’s Guild
To join the Guild for the first time you must travel to the first major city that you will come across in your home Alliance. This is Vulkhel Guard in Auridon for Aldmeri Dominion, Davon’s Watch in Stonefalls for the Ebonheart Pact and Daggerfall in Glenumbra for the Daggerfall Covenant.
A Mage’s Guild Hall
You will need to take a quest from the Guild Hall which tells you about the Mage’s Guild and allows you to join straight away.

Yea cheers for not telling me who I have to speak to. Wasted minute of my life reading this for literally nothing.
In the Mages Guild you talk to Nemarc to start the skill line.
Talk to Rudrasa if your in stonefalls mages guild
If you’re in auridon you speak to Curinure to join and get your skill line.
Relax people. Take your anger out on mobs.
You talk to the NPC titled Magister. You ask him/her about the mages guild and then select “I’m ready to join…”
I’m disappointed with this guide. How ‘DARE’ you waste my time with this?!
