Gear and Item Set Info
This build use; all Armour + Shield = Divine.
5 piece Plague Doctors (Deshaan)
5 piece Twice born star (Crafted)
1 piece Shadowrend (BC1)
1 piece Chokethorns (EH1)
Plague Docs is still the single largest health set in the game and we are a health based tank.
Twice-Born vs Green Pact. Since we are runnning 8*divines The Lord mundus gives 3570 extra health, compared to Green Pact's 2500. Twice Born will also allow us to be very flexible and swap to other stones such as The Lady for fights that require more damage mitigation. Making it both more powerful and more flexible.
Shadowrend + Chokethorns for the most magic recovery possible.
Enchantments;
All armour should be Max Health or Prismatic Defense depending on preference. Health with give better average defense, while prismatic will give better burst defense.
Weapon should be defending(More self survival) or infused(More group damage) and enchant must be Crusher to offset the nerf to sharpened and to maximise your group's dps.
Jewelary. You will need 6 pieces of jewelary for this build. 1 set with magic regen enchant for most figths, and 1 set with shield play enchant for certain bosses that use rapid strike attacks such as Velidreth.
General Info
This build focus around Magic Recovery and Max Health.
This allows us to give the biggest and spamiest Ignious Shields, as well as making our mob control abilites (Chains and Talons) spamable as well.
So why do we need a swap set of jewelary?
With 3 pieces of MR enchant we have 2980 MR, however we don't have the sturdy or shield play so our block cost will be 954. This will be offset somewhat with helping hands passive giving 990 stamina back every time we cast Ignious Shield. However difficult bosses will require Shards or you guessed it, the 3 shield play jewels in our bag ready for swap. This will reduce us from 2980 MR / 954 BC to 2321 MR / 394 BC.
Light / Heavy pieces.
Since we are running a craftable set, we are not restricted to helm and shoulders being light. Instead we can use Light belt and Gloves, effecitivly giving us 658 more armour. min/maxing is min/maxing.
Champion Point Tips
The Mandatory CPs are
Bastion +25% Shield Strength
Arcanist +15% Mana Regen
Shadow Ward -25% Block Cost
The rest are optional, tho as a vampire tank you should be running Ironclad and Elemental Defender.
Heavy Armour Focus will also cover our physical resistance deficit if you feel its required.

Green Pact still gives more health than Twice Born Star. GP has a total of 4,853 max health (1206+1206+2441) while TBS (with 8 gold divines) has 4,775.6 max health (2231+(8*167.325)+1206). It’s a minor difference, but for boosting health to the max GP+Plague Doctor is still the best mix.
Until morrowind dropped, now with plague doc, warrior poet has slightly more than green pact, at least on my imp nightblade tank
