Im currently playing with EG because its annoying to target when it procs. Also let’s be honest, EG is the sexiest looking monster helm. That being said, mighty chuudan or bloodspawn is BiS technically speaking.

Destruction Staff, One Handed And Shield
This build is meant for pvp, and is extremely effective in group play, with good success in a 1v1. Not recommended for 1vX, but manageable if played smart.
