This build is for under level 50 pvp the Kyne campaign. As you may know, players can’t get ahold of dungeon pieces as when playing in Kyne they will quickly outlevel there gear. The best way to counter this is to use a cheap alternative option which is easy and can even be implemented for starter players even on the bigger campaigns. For body pieces and weapons it is standard crafted sets, while the jewellery 3 piece is made up from what ring you get from the cyrodill pvp boxes (Save up
