This setup is designed exclusively for veteran group dungeons (including DLC dungeons). It provides extremely powerful healing, excellent sustain, resource management for your allies and a decent chunk of DPS for those random LFG groups that just aren’t pulling their weight. It is not at all uncommon for me to do 10k single target DPS with this build while healing/supporting at the same time.
