General Info
Buff Up with entropy and inner light at all times.
For single target use your duel wield bar, Hit the target with blinding flurry once or twice to knock them off balance and then spam Flame Lash. I like Soul Assault as my single target ultimate here, I hit 43,200 Magic Damage over 3.9 Seconds and it only cost 100 ultimate.
For AOE Damage switch to your destro staff, Inhale and Impulse.
This bar also has your emergency heal, since my health is so low, when I need a big self heal i hit Igneous Shield and spam inhale until my health is back up.
Your second bar ultimate is kinda self preference, I like Devouring Swarm since its AOE, but if you don't want to go Vamp, it is up to you.
I use a bi stat food for Magicka and Health since stamina isn't too important for this build.
I only proc Kena when I get into really big mobs or burning an elite/boss. but even without Kena proc, your spell power should range from 3300-3600.
Where this build lacks is Regen. So magicka potions are your best friend. But champion points help with this low regen.
Also weaving in Heaby Attacks with your staff also helps compensate for the low magicka regen.
Champion Point Tips
The tower: 100 points in reduce magicka cost. Very important due to low regen.
Theif: here you can split the rest between tenacity and Arcanist, this will help with regen problems
The Apprentice: 100 into elemental exepert because this is a fire damage based character. After that you can split the rest between elfborn or spell erosion, personal preference but I would go Elfborn because with this build you almost have a 60% crit so every other attack should be a crit and it will hit much harder.
The Lady: Elemental defender 100 points into it, very important especially if Vamp. The rest personal prefernece but hardy is always a good option.
First off, great looking build. Its kinda funny. I myself am setup almost exactly the same way. Dunmer, Dragonknight, Vampire, Julianos, Similar champion points. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to acquire a Molag Kena set yet but I am working on it. I would be interested in seeing your unbuffed (without Major Sorcery) stats for comparison. Only other difference between our builds is that I decided to prioritize Magicka Regen over Max Magicka. Also what Mundus Stone do you use. I would imagine its either Apprentice or Thief. Also do you have any Physical Resistance problems. I use Volatile Armor when I know I’ll need some extra physical resist but that doesn’t always seem to cut it. Last thing. Have you tried Veteran Maelstrom with this build yet? Thanks for taking the time to post.

I have been working on a dark elf magicka DK for just over a year now. It’s been a very long ride… but I think I am getting there. I have not taken advise or ideas from anywhere, simply created a character and played, quested and enjoyed…. then Died.
So after about my 500th death in pvp I questioned myself…. Did I suck at PVP? Just then I was ambused by a CP501 knight. (I was cp 152).
Now I could hit him, but he would heal fully before I got my next attack off, But he couldn’t kill me. I actually found once I went defensive I was very hard to kill. But the moment I wanted to attack I sucked.
Probably should have been a healer… Oh well merlin don’t fail me now.
So here I am perfecting my character, I have elite equipment along with an elite staff.
(I wont be giving away the names, that would be stupid if I am to rule lol)
I wear an “apperance/outfit” so I dont give away my chosen armor, My normal heavy attacks hits in excess of 40k, buffed with potions a lot higher. I think I have found my perfect build. zero champion points spent no skills used and attributed unspent with just my norm equipment and a staff i hit for 11,389
I sadly wont be giving away any details, but I do look forward to seeing you on the battlefield.

Soul assauly or whatever, the morphed one that channles for 1 extra second hits for 47,637.
(There was a point where I had to restart over from scratch because my damage went all weird and I started hitting for 300 instead of 30k? not sure why but then a friend at work was talking about financial deminished returns and I thought maybe, just maybe…. and it was – good old champion system (There is definalty a hard cap or too still in there, Or it bugs out when you exceed a certian %.)

I have no clue why the heck you have your skills set up that way. You can get way better damage rotations than just spamming molten whip and impulse man. This is how I set my dk up

Just come across your build after doing some reading on how best to increase damage output with Morrowind update.
Is there any chance that you’ll revise this build for gears / CP to accommodate for the changes in the Morrowind update?
I use high elf
Five light kags
Two heavy skoria set
If I use two piece kena, with clever alchemist, with magica potions I can get up to 5k spell damage for a few hits. Build is total glass cannon though, still working on the build
And could use some advice.
