General Info
The above is purely a group pve build, for pvp and solo it'll need a bit of a tweek.
Solo/pvp:
(dw) killers blade, ambush, dark cloak, steel tornado/rending slashes, surprise attack. ult-flawless dawnbreaker/rend/soul harvest.
(bow) resolving vigor, relentless focus/siphoning attacks, double take/shuffle, reapers mark/razor caltrops, poison injection. ult-soul tether/toxic barrage/shooting star.
