This build is a damage mitigation tanking build, while helping to buff the party and debuff enemies. It should have minor+major ward and resolve active at all times. It also boasts a damage shield.
On the offensive side, there is a buff for spell critical and one for spell damage.
As many DOTs and Hots as possible should be active. A large magicka pool and regeneration level is needed for this. Structured entropy can replace power surge if resource management is a problem.
