A really tanky build delivering reasonable amount of damage great for PvE and decent for PvP.

Destruction Staff,  Two Handed

PvE build for dungeons. Burn enemies to a crisp with your flame abilities, then switching to your Two Handed weapons for even more insane damage. Focusing on Spell Damage (Flame Damage), as well as Empowering (increase damage of next attack) and Armor, taking a lot of hits and still keeping that health bar up. lots of magicka aswell.

 NIGHTBLADE

Destruction Staff,  Restoration Staff

100% burst build. set up merciless and then hit em with the fear -> should harvest -> merciless bow proc.

If you are very skilled and not facing too many shield-stackers: alternate setup could be:

2 Pirate Skele
5 Necro
5 Mech acuity (front bar)
1 willpower back
