The screenshot posted says my DW spell Power is 2941. This will be 2955 once i get a V16 Skoria shoulder with Divines instead of Impen.
EDIT: Got Skoria shoulders w/ Infused and that brings my magicka up to 42044.

Applies lots of pressure in PvP, nukes PvE enemies, played like a Dragonknight but with Nightblade’s abilties. Stamina build.

Dual Wield,  Restoration Staff

Strong potential for DPS as well as strong heals. Works well in a group, not the most optimal build for 1 vs 1 in PvP.
