I created this build due to the lack of Tank Builds that are viable for Solo Overworld/Public Dungeon PVE. As they all use double S&B, which results is laughably low dps output. This Build aims to fix that by creating an effective tank, with decent and viable dps output for Solo Overland and Public Dungeon zones
