5 Necropotence, 5 Julianos and any shock staff to both bars, preferable precise or nirnhorned.
General Info
This build has really high survivability. The first bar is for single target and the second bar is defensive and also aoe. First activate surge and for ST(Single Target), Force Pulse and Crystal Fragments when it's ready. For AOE, first activate surge then elemental blockade, lightning flood, and then continouously spamming mage wrath or do heavy attack for recharging mana. If it's emergency, use hardened ward and also heal with matriachs. This build is for beginner and easy, you will survive for any situation. For overload, put matriach, surge, hardened ward and bolt escape.
Also, you can queue as healer for normal dungeon because matriachs has huge amount of heals, for normal.
Sorry, the races is Altmer, not Imperial…
Actually it’s not your build, this build says imperial and there for it uses the imperial race because that’s how the buildmaker chose it. If you’d like to be unoriginal and copy it with the fag elf race. This is up to you.
