These will be the sets you will need for this build:

Tormentor- 5 piece

Void Bash- S&B

Chudan- 2 piece

Endurance- 3 piece

As for the back bar destruction staff I would say to use your own discretion for a weapon set that would benefit you but I would make sure to use an ice staff because of the damage shield that Elemental Blockade gives  you and your group.

General Info

The whole point to this build is to rush into a group, use Reverberating Bash which activates Call of the Void and pulls all enemies within 12 meters to you and applies Major Maim to all the enemies who were pulled, that in turn will proc Tormentor which will agro all enemies who were pulled to you allowing your dps to burn the enemies without worrying about enemy attacks.  I will say that I would make sure to bring Silver Leash as a backup pull ability if you wish just in case you lose agro somehow but you shouldn't have to worry about that.  If you think you are going to lose agro at some point just reapply your Reverberating Bash to reproc Tormentor or just use Pierce Armour on as many adds as you can (making sure the boss is priority pull if in a boss fight).

Champion Point Tips

A lot of your champion points are going to be setup towards health/stamina/magicka recovery, resistances and block cost.  Again some of this will be up to your own discretion.
