Gear and Item Set Info
Maelstrom battle axe nirnhoned with oblivion enchant
master duel wield axes nirnhoned with double dot poisons
head shoulders and jewelry: shadow of the red mountain impenetrable with stamina robust with weapon damage
shield breaker impenetrable with stamina
also you can run sloads semblance if you prefer (if you do make chest heavy and buy a shield breaker head) however the cheapest option possible is to craft purple sloads rings (shield breaker are 100k tel var stones your choice good luck)
General Info
This is a heavy dot build aimed at mag sorcs because I’m tired of their shield stacking ways. Very strait forward fighting style, however you will die eventually as your only heal is rally. The idea here is do damage that ignores resistance and shields you have 5 dot bleed effects (3 abilities and both duel wield and two handed passives) and 2-3 oblivion damage sources (1-2 armor set procs and 1 enchantment). Here’s the charge in pattern I use after buffing stats (rally - volatile armor- quick cloak)
crit rush- light attack- carve- fossilize - bar swap- noxious breath- rending slashes- heavy charge& bar swap, crit rush (if you can)- heavy/ carve- light attack- reverse slice (etc.)
note: that is a 1v1 situation 1v2+ focus aoe damage first and open with corrosive armor after fossilize and use more heavy attacks for sustain
i use tri stat potions or immovable (with health and stam return)
double dot poisons on duel wield bar
max health stam and magic food
Also here are some different abilities you could run: venomous claw (for noxious breath) brawler (instead of carve) blood craze (rending slashes) executioner (reverse slice)
