Gear and Item Set Info

Front bar - Shock staff of Martial Knowledge - Charged, with Shock Glyph

Back bar - Shock staff of Martial Knowledge - Nirnhoned, with Weapon Damage Glyph

Head and Shoulder - Ilambris - Heavy (Both) - Divines - Max Mag Glyphs on both.

Chest, Legs, Feet - Martial Knowledge - Light (All) - Divines - Max Mag Glyphs on all.

Hands, Belt - BSW - Light (All) - Divines - Max Mag Glyph on all.

Neck, Rings - BSW - Arcane - Spell Damage Glyphs on all.

NOTE: The combination of MK and BSW doesnt really matter, as long as you have 4 MK and 5 BSW and keep the head and shoulders free for Ilambris. Doing things this way allows you to go above 40k magicka and have a little extra defence from heavy armor passives.

SECOND NOTE: The reason i have chosen to use Shock staff on front and back bar is for off balance up time. Doing things this was has a pretty much contant off balance which means we can use the our free whip spam more often.

THIRD NOTE: The reason for using Ilambris is because we can proc both versions with the combination of Fire and Shock skills. If you feel you need more health then you can swap out for Skoria and still get pretty much the same results for damage.

General Info

I have 2 different CP setups and so have listed the full stats for them both.

CP Setup 1:Magicka - 42.4 (Front) / 41.7k (Back)
Health - 17.1kk
Stamina - 10.5k

Mag Recovery - 750
Health Recovery - 180
Stamina Recovery - 580

Spell Damage 4396
(With BSW and Weapon Damage glyph proc. 3979 with just BSW proc)
Spell Crit - 45.7%
Weapon Damage - 1977
Weapon Crit - 32%

Spell Resist - 119.9k
Physical Resist - 12.7kk
(Note that these will be higher if you have Volatile Armour on and active)

CP Setup 2:
Magicka - 42.4 (Front) / 41.7k (Back)
Health - 17.1kk
Stamina - 10.5k

Mag Recovery - 750
Health Recovery - 180
Stamina Recovery - 570

Spell Damage 4396
(With BSW and Weapon Damage glyph proc. 3979 with just BSW proc)
Spell Crit - 45.7%
Weapon Damage - 1977
Weapon Crit - 32%

Spell Resist - 18.1kk
Physical Resist - 11.6kk
(Note that these will be higher if you have Volatile Armour on and active)

Vamp - Stage 4 (because i'm too lazy to manage at stage 3)

Food - Solitude Salmon and Millet Soup (Max Mag and Health)

Potions - Generally don't use them and rely on heavy attack and embers for mag and health recovery but you're free to use health / mag or tri recovery potions if you feel you need them. Don't use any spell power or crit potions as you wont benefit from the spell damage / crit boost with already getting this from Molten Arms and Inner Light.

I'm an Xbox EU player so i've labelled below the skills i use and the rotaton i follow to get the most out of the skills. I've also noted swap outs available

Bar 1:

X - Flame Lash
Y - Engulfing Flames
B - Burning Embers
LB - Inner Light (passives only)
RB - Elemental Blockade
Ult - Shooting Star (purely for passives, though i do swap out for warhorn sometimes if its needed in trials etc)

Bar 2:

X - Harness Magicka (sometimes swapped for Elemental Drain or Volatile Armour depending)
Y - Eruption
B - Flames of Oblivion (swapped out for Draw Essence for trash mobs)
LB - Inner Light (passives only)
RB - Molten Armaments
Ult - Elemental Rage

Start on back bar - Molten Arms > LA > Eruption > LA > Flames > Bar Swap
Engulfing > LA > Embers > LA > Blockade > Lash then LA (x 5/6) > LA > Engulfing > LA > Embers > LA > Blockade > LA then Lash (x2/3) > Bar Swap and repeat

I usually drop Rage as soon as BSW procs (on Eruption or Flames). Molten is re apply every second full rotation
