General Info
Fairly easy build based on ranged preventative healing. 3 Extremely strong HOTs and 3 strong burst heals. Nice damage, especially when buffed. Extra spell power from SPC/Worm/Major and Minor Sorcery. Able to provide good buffs and resources to team.
Propellong shield might seem like an odd choice at first. After playing with many PUGs it helps having not only a beacon to signal where the emergency healing can be obtained. But also the ability to burst heal from a further distance.
Magicka regen might seam a bit low, but with the occasional potion, heavy attacks and channeled focus you're golden.
In addition you put out more than sufficient damage. Especially during the execute phase.
Swap in Healing Springs and Combat Prayer for Trials - replace Barrier with Agressive Warhorn

100 into blessed / rest into critical heal and damage over time
Red
Adjust points till you reach 20k resistances with channeled focus. Rest a three way split between damage over time mitigation physical damage and magick damage
