General Info

I CHOSE IMPERIAL BECAUSE I LOVE CRIPPLING MYSELF, FACT IS ANY RACE IS FINE.             

 (Wait, I mean the ones which has bonuses to magic/magicka or health)

First bar for AOE/ lazy nights or when your ping hits the roof. Personally I prefer lightning staff due to AOE passive, just let the DOTs hit the floor and heavy attack all the way through. Without any CC skills that means you must get real close to the enemies before dropping your mixtapes borrowed from Zeus himself.

Needless to say this is a PVE focused build, through nothing keeps you from trying it in PVP environment (Let me know if it works, If it doesn't, I don't want to know)

Keep an eye out for the duration of Boundless Storm and Critical Surge << (This one more important) for when they expire so will you in 5-10 seconds.

I have only been playing for 2 months have mercy.
