General Info
Here's your rotation:
1. Put up your buffs, those include Relentless Focus, Deadly Cloak and Leeching Strikes.
2. Put down your AoE's, those include Razor Caltrops, Endless Hail and Rearming Trap
3. Spam Heavy Attacks and Surprise Attack, if you are fighting groups of enemies Steel Tornado is a must-have
Use Soul Harvest on adds and Ballista in boss-fights
4. When the enemy is under 25% health use Killer's Blade

I like the look of your build, only thing i would say, CP placement, you’ve stacked 100 into mighty which is a loss of 25cp for a gain of 1% i would personally go no further than 75cp into any skill in CP. so all the CP placements above 75 if you reduced them, gives you more to spend on other skills for e.g the 25 taken from mighty can be place into MAA for a DD gain, or used to top up Thaumaturge for DoT gain or into PS.
