Gear and Item Set Info
jewelry gloves and belt will be mothers sorrow, light pieces for magicka and for spell critical, sword shield chest legs and boots will be heavy plague doctor for extra health. And the monster set will be iceheart heavy, everything should have max hp enchants, and reinforced except the light pieces for those do Devine, the jewelry put magicka recovery, and the weapons defending for extra armor.
General Info
So this build is a high survivability pretty good damage pet tank build, I chose high elf for extra damage and magicka but you could also go nord for the health and damage reduction, though i think high elf works best, you start on the back bar proc surge and storm make sure you refresh them whenever they are about to expire this combo is what will give you the most consistent heals and stability coupled with iceheart gives you heals every second upward of 4K and you get a shield every 6 second for nearly 9k damage, which also does damage while it's up, the pets will do the most damage for you I throw on deadric prey and pop twilight for a near 100% boost to its damage so it's doing nearly 5k a hit and the familiar which will also do another 3ish thousand per pulse with a stun at the end, overload allows for even more damage since mine hits for over 10k a hit not criting (which it will do very often since you have crazy crit) and it will give magicka back, I also put some extras on its own bar like fragments and lighting burst for quick executions, make sure you also put your pets on its bar so they don't unsummon when you switch. But yeah decent magica pool and hp pool with constant heals and shields passively going off as well as very decent pet damage allows you to solo nearly anything without much difficulty and makes you a hell of a one on one(three) fighter.
Champion Point Tips
Put points into blessed and quick recovery, as well as elfborn, make sure you get the 30 points for increased shield armor, other than that whatever you want maybe reduced critical and single target damage I haven't looked enough into it I just the increased heals for surge from the first three.
Forgot to specify mundus stone is thief for extra crit chance but you can change it if you want, just keep your crit between 50-65 for optimal crit upkeep for procs, you could also change radiant magelight out for something else more useful if wanted
