General Info
Plague Doctor allow us to mix high health with just one set while using trainee bulks up all three of our stat pools enough to continually use other offensive skills and have enough stamina to CC break frequently. With dual sharpened swords we hit about 2.1k spell damage and in all impen we do not need to have our shield up like a traditional blazing shield tank, but rather we can use it to time bursts with skoria. Back bar slots soal assault to take advantage of the shatter soul passive that creates a knockdown and damage if we are under intense pressure and find ourselfs low on health. Being an argonian is a great way to sustain because when we use a spell power potion we also heal for over 5k from our passives.
Great build except, how do you taunt?
PvP build. In PvE I run Puncture and Inner rage and drop sweeps and toppling charge. With my Magicka reserve and channeled focus I can taunt all day with range and debuf with Puncture. I like slotting radiant for added DPS, but low slash is another good debuf to swap out.
where do you get the jewelry? also whats the point of having impen trait when you cant crit shields. id go sturdy or infused instead
Impen because as a blazing shield I need my shield to “pop” and expire before casting another one. During that time I am vulnerable to attacks so I prefer impen. You get the jewelry from chests in alliance starting areas, or the former starting areas. Kanarthi’s roost is a good place to farm, just run up and down the coasts looking for chests, and they drop in healthy, arcane, and robust
Where did your attribute points go? All in heath or split up? Thanks ?
I actually have got to more of a split between health and magicka since writing this. Any combination is good, but I prefer to be a high health build with a good magicka pool instead of a magicka build with a high health pool.

I have since switched all of my points into Magicka. I run with 46k health 32k Magicka and 14k stamina using a 5-1-1 setup at undaunted 8 (so close) in PvP. In PvE I will switch to my health enchanted gear that is infused and sturdy.
