Waist: Law of Julianos (Light - Divines)
Shoes: Warmaiden's shoes (Light - Divines)
Legs: Warmaiden's breeches (Light - Infused)

Weapons
Frontbar: Flame staff of Julianos (Sharpened)
Backbar: Lightning staff of Julianon (Nirnhorned)

Jewelery

Necklace: Warmaiden's necklace (Arcane)
Ring 1: Warmaiden's ring (Arcane)
Ring 2: Warmaiden's ring (Arcane)

Enchantments: 
Legs & Chest: Tri-stat
Flame staff: Glyph of Prismatic Onslaught (Extra damage against daedra)
Lightning staff: Glyph of Weapon Damage (Extra weapon damage)

General Info

Use
If you like playing solo and do end-game content with ease.
You can run (vet) dungeons and normal trials with this build.

Food/drink & potions

I usually run with witchmother's potent brew & essence of spell power or tri-stat drink from the free crown crates.

Rotation
Time freeze < Blazing spear < Harness Magicka < Elemental blockade < Elemental Rage

Puncturing sweeps / radiant oppression depending on enemies health.
& I use vampire's bane as ranged attack
