Gear and Item Set Info

So for the main set I like the hundings rage the reasoning behind this is because it allows me to gain more weapon crit and weapon damage the reason why I like weapon crit is because that is the thing that will be healing me crits with power surge on will allow me to heal my self by a massive amount per crit if you don't stop attacking you could pretty much be invincible that is the reason why I also use the thief Mundas stone and I use khajit as my race (I think that's how you spell it.) next I like to use valkin now look at how many dots we have on our skills that is the reason why I like to use valkin skorier (again I don't know how to spell it I'm sorry.) next we use 3 piece agility for more weapon damage and more Stam. Now finally I would recommend either vma daggers dual wield in sharpend or one dagger of vma and one axe of vma for the bleed which gives us more dots the choice is yours next I would recommend using a vma bow it's a no brainier it boosts our endless hail damage and gives us a passive 189 damage if I remember correctly. If you do not have these weapons then I would recommend 2 night mother daggers or 2 leki daggers or again you could if you want again you could run a axe and dagger combination. 

General Info

So the play style of this build is try to never stop hitting an enemy due to crit surge being active you are nearly invincible if your still having problem you could switch out endless hail for resolving vigor now how do we sustain? Answer questioned we use dark deal to exchange magic for Stam which is very helpful. 

Champion Point Tips

Champion points is a must have for this build in my opinion I would recommend 100 in mighty we need all that damage that we can obtain the next thing is 67 in precise strikes next I would recommend 100 in elemental defender because of how annoying spell casters are in vet maelstrom and 67 in hardy some people say I may be going over kill but for pve I think you don't really need anything else finally I would say put 100 in war Lord and if you want 67 into moon calf if you like you heavy attacks then if you want to put 67 in tenacity.
