You can only pay for an ESO Plus subscription with a credit card or with a PayPal account.

You can’t use Microsoft Points, XBox Live money, or PlayStation cards. This is because ESO Plus is a monthly subscription not just a one time purchase – even if you don’t intend to renew the subscription beyond a month.
