PTS Patch 2.1.2

The PTS has been patched to 2.1.2 which fixes numerous bugs and improves the Imperial City DLC.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited v2.1.2 is an incremental patch on the PTS that continues to address issues surrounding Imperial City, its dungeons, and the available items in these areas. We’ve also continued to fix issues with Battle Spirit and other abilities. The size of this patch is approximately 2.4GB for English, 6.5GB for German, and 1.5GB for French.

Imperial City

The Imperial City Group Dungeons received some tweaks and bug fixes. The monsters throughout the Imperial City have been improved as well and have had their damage tweaked.

The Imperial City Sewers has a new and improved map which shows more of the Sewers on the one page.

The weapons and shields found in Trophy Vaults will now only have the following Traits.

  • Infused
  • Sharpened
  • Precise
  • Powered
  • Defending
  • Infused
  • Impenetrable
  • Divines
  • Reinforced

There is also now no restriction on depositing Tel Var Stones into the bank.

Skills

Several abilities which were effected twice by the Battle Spirit effect have now been fixed. This was an oversight where abilities like Funnel Health would have their damage reduced by 50% and then the secondary healing effect would also be reduced again by 50%. This has now been fixed. In case you don’t already know – Battle Spirit is the effect in Cyrodiil and the Imperial City that reduces damage, healing and damage shields by 50%.

Nightblade

 Shadow Cloak will not be removed by charge abilities however there is still an issue with certain enchantments removing Shadow Cloak.

 Siphoning Attacks has increased duration to 15 seconds.

Sorcerer

 Expert Mage (Passive) now grants 1/2% weapon damage per Sorcerer ability slotted in addition to its previous effects.

 Mages Fury can now critically strike.

 Daedric Protection (Passive) now grants 10/20% bonus Stamina Recovery in addition to its previous effects.

Templar

 Radiant Destruction can now critically strike.

Werewolf

 Werewolf Transformation now grants Spell Resistance in addition to Physical Resistance, and the bonus Physical and Spell Resistance has been increased to 151 per Level/Veteran Rank from a base of 20 per Level/Veteran Rank.

Items

Detection Potions will now last for a maximum of 12.5 seconds – down from 43 seconds.

Lord Warden Monster Mask

  • This item set now grants Physical Resistance in addition to Spell Resistance.
  • Decreased the total duration of the 2-piece set bonus to 10 seconds from 12 seconds.
  • Decreased the overall amount of Physical and Spell Resistance granted by 25%.

Molag Kena Monster Mask

  • This item set now grants Spell Power and Weapon Power as a one-piece bonus.
  • Reduced the cost increase from the 2-piece set bonus Overkill to 33% from 50%.
  • Overkill now triggers on two light attacks, down from three light attacks.

    The Health Regen on some shields is insane yesterday a level 24 was fighting me level 31 and a level 39 and a level 30 by himself and killing us all over and over with no bonuses it was his shield that keep regen his Health.
