Gear and Item Set Info
For that build I use 2Valkyn Skoria pieces, which can be found in the veteran City of Ash(undaunted pledges)
5Phoenix-Imperial City DLC costs some telvar stones
3Blessing of Potentates(pact, covenant,dominion)-can be bought from alliance war elite vendors
2Cyrodiil Light rings can be bought from alliance war elite vendors
Valkyn Skoria has chance to give me bonus dmg when I am using Talons or Eruption(Helm and shoulder,both heavy)
Phoenix gives me some kind of immortality and extra dmg
Blessing of Potentates-this set gives me bonus stam regen and reduced ultimate cost(I am using it on both bars-2 shields,necklace and 2 swords)
General Info
My mundus is Atronach which gives me some bonus magicka regen
I use regen drinks,becaouse regen is more important for me than max stats. You must have at least 20 000 health to run regen drinks!!! If not you will die very quickly...
I am AoE spec which kills many people on my way. For duels and Maelstrom Arena I change some skills but the rest is still looking the same.
Its ideal for 1vs10 or even more!
The only weakness is not the fire dmg I take as vampire but fighters guild abilities.
Mainly you need all passives. Skyshard locations are not really hard to find!
For potions I use that making me invisible and that adding me health.

What happens if I put all on Stamina? Sill works? Like a normal character?
Its magicka build not stamina. But if you running out of stam you can get stamina recovery glyphs on your jewelery or make Imperial race. I got 3 stamina glyphs: on shield(to block more),boots and greaves.
But if you are interested in stam dk I am working on it… I will probably make some videos on youtube too!
In Earthen Heart skill line there is a passive called helping hands. It gives you 5%of stam while activate Eruption.
Green dragons blood for a magicka build? what is the reason you chose that?
I am pretty low on stamina. I got only 11 000 stamina with this build. I need stam to block.

I wonder which you select light armor or heavy armor and specific about stat point spend for health and magicka or stamina?
4 points Stamina 25 Health 35 Magicka. With thieves guild update I changed gear to 5 light armor vicious death, but its expensive, so if you dont have so much money you can craft gear. From crafted sets I prefer Julianos, Clever Alchemist and Kagrenacs Hope. Its hard decision light or heavy…
When you are running heavy armor you must sacrifice magicka sustain, but you are more tanky. I will suggest you to try out both types.
