Build is different, back bar is for buffs and dark deal when low on mana or health.
Mainly you stack healing and healing received with surge and your aoes to have a constant stream of healing coming in. Use frost heavy attack to taunt (I know this will get scoffed, but I have had success, can range taunt and not worry about resources, but can always sub out blockade for inner fire). Provides maim thru concussed, spell breach thru susceptibility, life and mana steal thru siphon, rapid regeneration since healer likely has better mutagen, Ring of p gives minor protect and stamina regeneration for melee, orb helps more with heals and resource sustain. Only thing lacking is fracture, sorry melee
