We go for Bloodspawn for the awesome resistances that comes with the proc. Armor Master is also extremely good when we use Volatile Armor, and now for the best part... the Eternal Yokudan set, found in the Sanctum Ophidia trial rarely. The best part about this set is that you can withstand nearly everything, in any amount (so long as your deaths are 10 minutes within eacother, lol). This makes it much easier tanking harder bosses like the Mantikora or perhaps Drodda Iceheart (she is pretty hard on vet mode), aswell as... well... any boss in the game of course! If you die (like for real), give yourself a medal of honour, you have accomplished the impossible ;). Also before you have aquired the Eternal Yokudan set, you can use the Immortal Warrior set (it comes from the same trial, Sanctum Ophidia), its pretty good until you have get that sweet Eternal set!
Use the glyphs on the armor depending on your amount of resources.
ROTATION, BOSS: Activate your Elude along with Volatile Armor and Igneous Shield, then rush into the boss and taunt with Pierce Armor, followed by Heroic Slash. *After 15 seconds*, Elude, Volatile Armor, Igneous and Green Dragon Blood, and then you activate whats necessary, ask yourself: Spellcasters/Archers? Reflective Plate, then Absorb Magic. Again ask yourself: Am i not being attacked? Taunt the boss and/or its minions! You should always be the one who is attacked!
ROTATION, TRASH MOBS: Elude then Volatile Armor plus Igneous Shield, Burning Talons and then taunt as many mobs as possible! If your damage dealers havent killed the mobs before your buffs go down, activate your buffs again! Need healing? Green Dragon Blood, activate this ALWAYS if you are below or at 50% Health.
FOOD: Tri stat food for the greatest amount of resources, the name if the Food that i am using is "Jugged Rabbit In Preserves".
POTION: We use Tri restoration potion, its expensive to make but its worth the gold. If you dont want this potion then you can just make a restore Magicka and/or restore Stamina, they are cheaper.
SKILL ALTERNATIVES: If needed you can swap Reflective Plate for Igneous Shield, this is not reccomended while doing trials because you need to be able to reflect/defend alot as a tank, thats your job!
STRENGTHS OF THIS BUILD: You are pretty hard to kill, and therefore can keep your team up and awake for a long time if this build is played right, and with good skill.
WEAKNESSES OF THIS BUILD: If you are a werewolf (ill talk about this later) you are weaker but also stronger, more damage but less defense.
WEREWOLF: If you are a werewolf, swap this with the Magma Shell, you will have more damage but you are also weak against poison. !!!WARNING!!!: IF YOU ARE A WEREWOLF WHILE DOING SANCTUM OPHIDIA, BE CAUTIONED THAT THERE IS ALOT OF POISON THERE!!!
Ultimate: Werewolf Berserker
1: Brutal Pounce
2: Hircines Fortitude
3: Rousing Roar
4: Howl of Agony
5: Claws of Life
If these morphs dont work for you, you can always change them, this is just what i am using.
Champion Point Tips
RED: The Lord, 10 into Quick Recovery and 20 into Heavy Armor Focus for extra resistance. The Lady, a split between Hardy, Elemental Defender and Thick Skinned, for obvious reasons.
BLUE: The Ritual, 15 into Thaumaturge and 15 into Precise Strikes to give a small boost to damage. The Apprentice, 100 into Blessed, to boost healing and the rest into Elfborn.
GREEN: The Lover, 75 to Arcanist, for a boost to magicka recovery. The Tower, a split between Warlord and Magician, to reduce the cost of our abilities.
