General Info

I've been working on this for a while and found it to be the most fun and versatile, none of my gear is gold yet and only a few gold enchants. So it's not as good as it can get yet but still really powerful.

I run sword and shield on my buff/ damage bar and Resto staff on my healing bar. This build does and amazing job for people who run random dungeons by themselves or another person but it is also just as good in full groups of people you know and know their rolls well.

I've ran a lot of vet dungeons with this and plan on running trials.

For trials I would switch energy orb for mystic orbs to help with group magica sustain.

I have 5pc worm for the 5% magica cost reduction and 5 Pc seducer for the magica recovery

My magica recovery seems low yes but I also have a total of 973 points of cost reduction plus my 12.9% cost reduction from champion points that with a still decent 1134 magica recovery and a pool of 34210 magica I never run out.

my sword and board set is willpower, the mace is powered and my shield is divines with max magica on it and having 2 willpower peaces gives me an extra 1400 magica.

All armor is divines with the spell power stone, that and my mace gives me the 1509 spell power.

I've got 10 points into health to get a little closer to 20k health but with the sword and shield and channeled focus I have a 19024 spell resistance and a 16338 physical resistance with that and my health at 17k it's really hard to kill me plus I've got a nearly endless supply of magica, I have to really try to run out.

Bar one: restoration bar

channeled focus: when the fight starts to buff up resistance and magica recovery and keep up as much as you can.

Healing springs: cast every 3 seconds on tank and dps if not next to tank (it doesn't go away if you cast it in another location so when doing random dungeons you can cast multiple times in multiple locations)

Mutagen: cast two or 3 times every about 20 seconds to keep heath rolling.

Combat prayer: try to use whenever you have the chance and people are grouped together, if not grouped together you can cast on tank then face the dps and use it again, if you can only hit one that's good enough.

Breath of life: with all the cost reduction the cost of BOL for this build is 2090 or pretty close to that which is a huge difference from the normal cost. It basically takes away the stigma of not casting BOL at all unless you're in dire need. I do not spam BOL but I can use it a little more without worrying at all if I will run out of magica.

Second bar: sword and shield

Solar barrage: does a little AOE damage but what's good about it is the 20% increase to damage for your next attack couple that with radiant destruction you can put out a pretty good amount of damage especially on the burn phase. I cast this every other radiant destruction when fighting a boss and when I can other times.

Radiant oppression: a good single target damage ability nothing crazy but when paired with solar barrage it does a really good job of helping end fights, said can hit for up to 17-18k every tick.

Energy orb: so I've asked about this in the group and I've decided to go this route over mystic orbs because I can cast this quick while on my buff/damage bar and it normally does a good job of healing people especially if they activate the synergy.

Ritual of retribution: have up at all times. This ability not only cleanses 2 harmful effects from you but heals your entire group for 5040 over 12 seconds, does the same amount of damage to enemies and team mates can activate the Synergy to cleans themselves of all harmful effects and heal for an additional 3438.

The ultimate on both bars is solar disturbance for both good AOE damage then add solar barrage and it does even more. It also slows enemies for 65% and has a really good synergy for more damage.

Really interested In this build but find it lacks some information, not sure if haven’t got round to updating with more information so will just ask.
You’ve put how much health magicka and stamina you have but how do you use your attribute points? Is it all magicka or mainly with few health. Also as mentioned above what passives are best? What traits do you have on your gear and what parts are from what set? which enchants for weapons? what restoration staff do you recommend? What boon? What food?
Sorry for essay and barrage of questions, just want to get a nice solid build 🙂
