Hey there. This is really helpful. Is there any way to add a search parameter for courtyards? I’ve noticed that there are some houses, even small ones, that have courtyards and some, even large ones, that do not. Personally, I’d really like to be able to view all the ones that have courtyards specifically, regardless of home style, size, or price. I am attempting to compile a list as I go.
For instance: Twin Arches (Redguard – $73,000) and Autumn’s-Gate (Nord – $60,000) are both small homes with courtyards.
I’m also working on gathering screenshots, so hopefully I can help more in the near future.

Just today I found an Altmer house that is considered small and has a courtyard as well. It’s the Black Vine Villa in Malabal Tor and it costs 54,000 gold. It’s a very interesting place, but the interior feels significantly smaller than that of Twin Arches.
I was going to try to find the listing here for Black Vine Villa, but when I checked the box for Altmer it said ‘no matching records found’. I do see it as a listing now that I’ve unchecked that box, but I found that to be odd and a probable bug of some sort.

I have yet to see the housing on the PS4 version and my updates are current. Is this normal?

I find that not being able to use the chests, or wardrobes to store personal effects or belongings is a slap to the consumers face when purchasing these virtual homes.

I am hoping that in the future we will be able to store things in our homes and grow plants for alchemy.
