Provisioning Recipes Complete List

This page has a searchable table which has a list of all of the recipes for both Food and Drinks in ESO.

  • Ingredients relate directly to the type of buff they produce. For instance, meat dishes increase your Max Health, fruit dishes increase your Max Magicka and vegetable dishes increase your Max Stamina. There are others as well which increase a combination of things.
  • Food and Drink additives (additional ingredients) increase the quality of your creations.
  • Container objects yield the type of item they represent—for instance, you’ll get apples from baskets of apples in the world.
  • Grocers, Chefs, and Brewers sell non-rare ingredients appropriate to their type.
  • Fish, except for Trophy Fish, acquired by fishing can be skinned and used as meat, and critters like cows or chickens can be killed for their meat.

This is a new and updated list of all recipes for all food and drinks found in Elder Scrolls Online.

Food and Drinks are now in the same table, but you can use the filter checkboxes to show just Food or just Drinks.

There are also checkboxes to filter the effects of the Food or Drink.

Is there nothing for increasing Max Health and Stamina?

The “ragout” type of food increases Max Health and Stamina I believe. I will be updating this table soon so that you can filter the desired bonuses to make it easier to find what you need.

EDIT: You can now use the filter boxes at the top to help narrow down the recipes.

The ragout recipe you’re talking about increases Max Health, Magika and Stamina. But there are no increase Max Health and Stamina only recipes that are Level 50. I even used the filter boxes.

Ah yes there was a mistake in the table, thanks for picking that up. Now when you tick Health and Stamina another two recipes show up which are Level 20 and 25 and they increase just Health and Stamina. There only seems to be two though compared to the many recipes which just increase Health and Magicka so I’ll check that out and see if I am missing any…

EDIT: It does seem like there were a couple of mistakes in the table. It has now been fix and updated and everything should be there now. There are now the proper amount of Health and Stamina recipes as well. Thanks again for picking that up!

Hi Terry please note that VR1 is level 50 and there a few recipes for Health and Stamina.

When I reached level 50 I got level bar stating Level 50, then it went to Veteran Rank 1.

      Hope this helps.

I just wasted 6k because your list is wrong. THE EMPEROR’S VENISON FRICASSEE is a VR10 recipe, you have it as VR5. After the conversion to patch 1.6 I ended up with VR1 & VR10 purple recipes. Now I have two useless (for now) vr10 recipes and no vr5.

I’m sorry about that – The Emperor’s Venison Fricassee was originally Consummate Sweetroll which was VR5. I must have got something mixed up along the line. I am going to go through the entire list and update it as there are a couple of others which I should add / edit. Thanks for letting me know and sorry about your 6K!

This is a great list, thank you so much!
I have started Provisioning lately and would love to see a feature in this list to mark the recipes for all provisioning writs 🙂

So all the recipes are random right? If I haven’t found a recipe, can I still make something. I’m trying to make Red Rye Beer for a writ and don’t have the recipe, but I have the Rye.

You will need to have learned the recipe in order to make it, even if you have the ingredients. The recipes that you pick up are random (but get better level as you progress).

Your list is missing Banana Surprise. Possibly more, but this is the only recipe I’m currently hunting, so I can’t say. Just FYI.
    Great table, otherwise. 🙂

Is there anyway to make this list searchable by ingredient? That way if I know I only have X, Y ingredient in my inventory I know which recipes I can craft?

Yeah, the global search at the top right will search the entire table, so if you put in something like “honey” it will bring up all of the recipes which have the ingredient honey.

Can you add tables for which recipes are the ones needed for the various provisioning writs, please?

I can help get you started, as here are the 6 possible for the provisioning 6/6 writs:

    Arenthian Brandy
    Argonion Saddle-Cured Rabbit
    Fresh Apples and Eidar Cheese
    Khenarthi’s Wings Chai
    Pickled Carrot Slurry
    Sipping Imga Tonic

I have been unable to find a definitive list as to the other levels… Your assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Awesome job on the rest of the list, btw!

I’m looking for level information on *Bravil Bitter Barley Beer* & *Flowing Bowl Green Port* recipes.

The beer does health recovery for 486 & magicka recovery for 445 for 1 hour & ingredients are barley, bittergreen & ginger. Requires recipe improvement of 6 and recipe quality of 2.

Flowing Bowl does health recovery for 486 & stamina recovery for 445 for 1 hour & ingredients are surilie grapes, yerba mate & seaweed. Requires recipe improvement of 6 and recipe quality of 2.

I wish all web pages had a date of original posting, as well as the MOST RECENT UPDATE. I know it says new and updated, but that could have been written over a year ago. Not much to ask, IMHO.

I know the locations of recipes change, but is there a specific area that the Baked Apple and Lemon Flower Matze would be?

Someone should create an Excel spread sheet of this. It would be nice to use in figuring out which recipes your character has and does not have.
