Is this a very effective build?
What are the stats at with this build? Magic, health, crits?
How does this build even do damage with 2 attacks? Surely a pve build right? Would survive in pvp but dunno about killing peo0le though… Imo drop the resto staff breath of life and ritual are plenty of healing when dps is your role. Add a gap closer and a spammable long range attavk ie vampires bane or other morph… Gives you extra crit on activation… Just my opinion
