desro staff twice born star

4 twice born armour, 1 torug pact armour, 2 valkyn scoria (or 1 infalluable aether, 1 kena is another option if you dont like scoria)

3 piece infalluable aether jewellery 

General Info

shadow of the hist patch.

not much recovery in the build. Ultimates can be swapped around or changed for soul tether, soul harvest, or double shooting star if preffered.

1st bar is more damage, 2nd bar is more dot, each dot is 8 seconds so its an easy rotation. The rotation should be (pre buffed) sap essence - swap bar - destruction clench - l a - crippling grasp - l a - elemental wall - l a - swap bar- funnel health - l a - spectral bow (merciless resolve) - merciless resolve - repeat. 
After second rotation you'll need to apply siphoning attacks again. 
use ult and impale when necessary.
