2 Piece Endurance Set - Necklace and Ring 2.
If not Ebon/Tava Armor Set, go for Willows Path for more regen.
Or you can sub 2 of the pieces for medium armor and get some stam regen from medium armor skill line.
4 Max Health Enchantments. - Head, Legs, Chest and Shield(s).
2 Max Magicka Enchantments - Shoulders and Shoes
2 Max Stamina Enchantments - Hands and Waist
Weapon 1 - Deals Magic Damage and recovers Magicka Enchantment

Haven't tested on Vet Trials, Dragonstar or Maelstorm.
Tested and works great as long as you have a good healer on your side. Be careful if you're healer's down.
As long as you keep the baddies on you by taunts, you'll do great even if you're stuck with crappy dps.
Doesnt have a lot of health beacuse of the trade off for your Physical and Spell Resistances from your Armor, Skills and Champion Points regen and High sustainbility to damage.
This build is for starter Tanks who doesnt do a lot of PVP but want to tank in dungeons. So, thats why there are no Assault/Support/Emperor Skills listed. You can substitute some of the skills with War Horns and other Support Skill lines.
No Werewolf,Vampires as they reduced the effect of this build as they take 25% extra damage from their weaknesses.
Dark Elf just for Versatality but basically any race would suffice.
Yes, all passives from their respective ability/race skill lines.
Above Mentioned Max Health, Magicka and Stamina are after buffed with Foods and Potions etc.
Attributes: 32 Magicka/ 0 Health / 32 Stamina

Champion Point System:
Mostly on your Stamina/Magicka regens.
Some in Health Regen.
Because I depend mostly on my healer.
Some in your defensive / reduce damage stuff and cost of block.

I dont know if yu realize this but immovable and hardened armor give the same buff
