Gear and Item Set Info
There are many options you can use on item sets, you always want to use 3-piece Agility. I then usually run 5-piece Hunding's Rage with a Molag Kena shoulder, and Blood Spawn helm. I run Infused on the big pieces and Impenitrable on the smaller ones, Divines is what you would want for a more PVE-centered build, so mix these as you see fit. For weapons, I run Maelstrom Daggers, and a Maelstrom Bow, but you can swap the bow out for a Maelstrom Battleaxe as well. If you do so, run your 2H bar as: Wrecking Blow, Critical Rush, Unstable Flame, Executioner, and Rally, with Flawless Dawnbreaker as your Ultimate. Your single-target damage bar can be bow or 2h depending on the situation, If I am trying to gank people, I will be using the bow. If I am in a situation where everyone knows my position, I will be running 2h.
General Info
The build is more PVP focused, but can excell beautifully at PVE. I chose Bosmer for the stealth Damage and Stamina Recovery, you can run almost any race with this build. Redguard, Orc, Imperial, Khajiit, and Dunmer are all good choices. Swap between using a bow and 2h as necessary, and maybe even carry several gear sets on you to swap between PVE and PVP playstyles. This build puts out similar damage to most Stam Sorcs in AOE situations, While having the stealthy bow damage of most Nightblades. It has alot of damage mitigations for survivability as well as tons of stamina recovery for sustain. Your survivability depends on how you run these mitigations. I like Rally as my main heal, with Volatile Armor for resistance and damage, but you can swap out Rally for Green Dragon's Blood, and Volatile armor for Igneous Shield if you need or don't have the Alliance Rank to support Rally.
Champion Point Tips
In the Mage Point Section put a bunch of points into Mighty (around 100) and then mix between Precise Strikes, and Piercing as you deem fit. In the Thief Trees, place alot of points into Warlord and Mooncalf, and mix a few into Tumbling for the dodge roll cost reduction. In the Warrior Trees, spread points out between Quick Recovery, Hardy, Elemental Defender, Resistant, (if doing PVP) and you may want to drop points into Bastion if you are using Igneous Shield.
Why do you have Rally (a 2h weapon skill) on your bar while using a bow? I might be missing something. If this is wrong, what should I use instead of Rally?
Vigor
Does 37000 stamina mean how many points u put into the attribute or how much stamina you should have? Same for health and magicka
The number your supposed to have on the character page, not attribute points
