General Info
use warrior mundus and focus stacking weapon damage on jewelry, as medium armor passive boosts it and pelinal's then adjusts spell damage to match. Use a greataxe, as melee attacks have a chance to apply a huge bleed DoT, and if you can acquire the merciless charge greataxe, your critical charge will also apply a huge DoT, which is the focus of this hybrid build. Sustain should not be an issue, just keep your buffs up, and keep elemental drain on your enemy. If you're magicka gets too low, use a lightning destro heavy, as it is also considered a DoT and we will use Thaumaturge.
Also if vampire I recommend elusive mist for 1vX, but it's basically a free slot and you're not required to use vampire for this build.
