• (5 items) When you activate a Class ability, you have a 15% chance to surround yourself in a torrent that deals 1892 Shock Damage to the closest enemy within 12 meters every 1 second for 6 seconds.

Mad Tinkerer

• (2 items) Adds 833 Spell Critical
• (3 items) Adds 833 Spell Critical
• (4 items) Adds 129 Spell Damage
• (5 items) When you deal damage, you have a 10% chance to summon a Verminous Fabricant that charges the nearest enemy, dealing 9,999 Shock Damage to all enemies in its path, knocking them into the air, and stunning them for 2 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.

Valkyn Skoria

• (1 items) Adds 1206 Max Health 
• (2 items) When you deal damage with a damage over time effect, you have an 8% chance to summon a meteor that deals 9000Flame Damage to target and 4000 Flame Damage all other enemies within 5 meters. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds.

General Info

I created this build because I happened to find the full set of all of these items by chance.

There are alot of chances to proc Valkyn Skoria due to the amount of damage overtime skills used. The extra spell crit from Mad Tinkerer also gives you lots of healing with Power Surge along with the bonus from Restraining Prison.

Nothing super special, but still a decent build.
