General Info
I recommend The Atronach Mundus Stone, and I recommend Vampire for 10% extra Stamina and Magicka Regen.
For aoe situations switch Impale with Sap Essence. Use tri-stat food. No need for Spell Power potions.
Rotation: Caltrops – Merciless Resolve – Structured Entropy – Twisting Path – Light Attack – Crippling Grasp – Light Attack – Funnel Health – Light Attack – Funnel Health – Llight Attack – Funnel Health – Light Attack – Funnel Health – Light Attack – Funnel Health – Light Attack – Funnel Health – Light Attack – Funnel Health – Assassins Will (Merciless Resolve) *Repeat*
Use Veil of Blades preferably before the rotation or save it for certain conveniences.
You dont want to ever use Flawless Dawnbreaker, it’s only there for the passive damage buff.
Use Spell Symmetry when you have very low Magicka.
When boss is at execute stage, spam Impale but try keep Caltrops and Path of Darkness up as well.

Try distribute Elfborn and thamuturge evenly, everything else is personal preference.
Looks like a rediculous build dude thanks for posting. I was just wondering how you would tweak this to be super effective in pvp. Anything would help, I just rerolled as a breton magika nb and I want to stomp on all the stam nb that abuse roll dodge. Thanks!!
Can I see your passive skill build?
Just curious… Was there a mess up on the amount of armor? You listed 1 piece of Turog’s Pact, but there is no bonus with just 1 piece, did you mean to put 2 and one less of another one? Or is the Turog’s Pact armor piece just for the added armor amount?
Nevermind, I had a noob moment… Forgot the weapons count as a piece as well.
Am I missing something here? Why would a Magicka build use Flawless Dawnbreaker? It doesn’t passively increase spell damage at all. In fact nothing you’re doing scales with weapon damage.
Whats the best armor combo like which piece in Torug’s and which ones for Adroitness? This is my first magica and NB character just trying to make sure i get it all correct! 100%!!!
