Gear and Item Set Info

Main weapon type doesn't matter, secondary restoration staff is preferred. Main weapon as high dps as possible at current level. Reduce or increase resistances if possible. Stick to magicka bonuses in armor and set. Update the gear as you gain level. Try to keep one heavy and medium armor part to level armor mastery.

General Info

This is a transistion build until max lvl is reached. Keep boundless storm and power surge up. Boudless storm increase your movement speed in case you can't afford a horse yet. First bar is enough for normal mobs, secondary is to keep resources up in case of longer/boss fights. Change one ultimate skill as soon as you get mastery high enough to get second one.
